What Silent Scavenger does
Silent Scavenger reduces the noise produced while searching. It affects the information given away during looting, not footsteps, voice chat or every other interaction.
Build fit
Who should take it
It is valuable for solo scavengers and squads that clear a room before searching and want to reduce the chance that a nearby team identifies the exact looting moment.
Tradeoff
What the points do not solve
Silence is not safety. Containers still require time and the surrounding route can remain exposed, so the skill cannot compensate for poor positioning.
Picking order
When to allocate it
Reach it through Looter's Instincts and complete the connected prerequisite ranks first. Increase rank when quieter searching repeatedly changes whether a route can be completed unnoticed.
