Move toward the north-west treeline and use the transition from dense power infrastructure to woodland as the main cue. The hatch is not in the Control Center or Water Treatment buildings.

This hatch is useful for routes that finish around the western surveillance area or the north side of the dam and need to avoid returning through the central complex.
Risk
What can go wrong
Trees reduce long sightlines but also hide players waiting on common exit approaches. Check the immediate cover before interacting and avoid arriving without enough time to clear the area.
Route planning
How to include it in a run
Add the hatch as the final route stop after western or northern objectives. A route from the far east should keep an alternate extraction because the cross-map journey can be interrupted.
