Town Hall attracts traffic from several streets, and the overpass side creates a predictable rotation. Interior looting can leave a squad unaware of players crossing the outer avenues.

How to include it in a run
Choose the exit before entering. The Highway Overpass Hatch is close on the map, while the Old Town Hatch requires a westward move through additional urban lanes.
